Yes. All appointments require a deposit, pricing based on individual services. Most deposits are $25 or $50. Your deposit will go towards the total price of your service.
***The deposit is non-negotiable and non-refundable.***

Life happens and plans change. Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Any deposit received will be used towards your next appointment. (No Refunds)
If I, the stylist has to cancel your appointment, you will recieve your deposit back. No strings attached!!
*Day-of-booking cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please give us a call and we will always try to work with you. Always reach out with additional questions before booking if needed here.

There is a 15-minute grace period with each service unless otherwise stated before booking. After the 15-minute window, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rebooked. Please give the salon a call if you’re running late, and I will try my best to accommodate.
**I respect all of my clients and recognize that your time is valuable. If I am 15+minutes late, your price will be discounted to reflect only the time you speant recieving the service only.

In the event of a no-call, no-show appointment, the guest is given 48 hours to reach out to the salon. Any deposits collected WILL NOT be used towards future services, and you will be required to call to book again. Two no-call apointments results in being blocked from booking in the future.
